I know there is only so many times you can shout it, but EUREKA!

To begin, when you are angry at yourself, exactly who is angry at whom?
And this conundrum which has plagued the greatest psychological minds, I believe I got.
Yep, the question of who you are is a very interesting one.
We don’t find animals getting angry at themselves and committing suicide!
The animals sense of self, if they have one at all, is derived from their instincts – so an animal can be hungry, he can be fearful, he can love as certain animals are programmed for (dogs) but he can’t think that “I really should change.”
When you think, “I should behave like this?” – who is doing that thinking? – the answer is hinted to in the very beginning of creation where God said “let us make man in our image” – how is man – 98% similar to an ape, more in the Divine image – the answer is intelligence – for the only specie on this earth that has a prefrontal lobes which is independent rational processing, is man.
So what happens is (and as studies show from the age of two a child becomes wiser than a grown ape) a human being which is really the mind begins to identify – see themselves as their body – so now we understand why there is such schizophrenia in us – for you are in truth your mind – your belief, ideas – yet you think you are your body – So when your body does something to you that you don’t like, you may take vengeance against the body (this is why unfortunately people in great pain may kill themselves for they are angry at their body or similarly someone who suffered a loss of prestige or any kind they attribute to themselves, so now the mind is angry at the body.)
But here is the good news, the body is the servant of the mind – all you need to do is talk to it (for that is how it learns – once you gain control of your body, you will not get depressed.)
