As Einstein said, we don’t know the truth but when we discover it, I am sure it will be both simple and beautiful; so here’s my exceptionally simple but beautiful discovery
Everything really boils down to this single perception: Life is good.
In other words, we are effectively in a movie
The world is the supporting actors and you are the main actor (at least in your movie) now the question is, is your movie good?
And this really is the entire message, technique, even discipline of Judaism, namely, for us to ensure that sadness has no hold and to wake up every morning thanking God for our blessings

But think about it – if you are watching a movie – doesn’t it affect you, if it is happy or sad?
Well you have the remote of your life!
