In life we are all driving!
The reason this is so important to understand, is from the following story:
True story!
Someone bought a motor home and he saw cruise control, so he thought cruise control means you can simply allow your motor home to be put on cruise control and you can go back, bake a pancake and the car will magically glide!
Unfortunately, he forgot to steer when he took his foot on the pedal – off the pedal, I mean – and believe it or not, the judge did not allow his suite against the mobile home company, to go forwards.
The thing is, we all want to cruise!
God has given us a steering wheel, but we – out of a desire for minimal hassle – prefer to simply (especially men) put on cruise control.
Trouble is, that if you don’t steer, rest assured sooner or later you will crash!
