I just watched a video, but the sound wasn’t working – what is interesting to note, is that every input, be it sound, sight, smell, taste, ideas, emotions, profoundly alters – for our ability to concentrate becomes very dependent on how many stimuli and to what extent – For example, if the sound was very loud, if the sight was very engaging, if an emotion is acutely felt; this is why it is only in the stillness, in the moments of meditative Divine communion, in the absence of desires, that truth can possibly be discerned
