I just saw an incredible interview – I recall living in New York where nightly you heard gunshots – then Mayor Rudy Giuliani was elected and he cleaned the city up – said the Rebbe to him – "When people are complaining about protection (perhaps this analogous to a child complaining about rules) they actually are asking for more of it" – understand this! for safety is more necessary in the black communities; police are more necessary in the black communities; for of-course 90% of black violence, murder, rape, torture (yes, as I heard form a former Gang Lord) etc. is against blacks (and in case you can’t put two and two together – not to cast aspersions, but for the sake of truth and assisting – by the violent black element… – so police is first and foremost for blacks, not against them)
