I just heard an amazing truth via Rabbi Jacobson from the Tzemach Tzeddek – he asks "what’s the difference between adults and children?" – "children forgive while adults bear grudges" – so he asks, "how can it be that those less mature act more?" – and he replies "children prefer to be happy over being right" and by adults – "the reverse"
