I just had a very awesome encounter – I met a Doctor who is a donor to Chabad though I am not a fundraiser, so he happened to be visiting someone else- I found at that he has two sons so I gave him two "Kabbalah Love" books – he was so deeply touched – I thought to myself "what’s the big deal?" Then I realized, for me giving comes very natural – my Master Teacher and Guide gave every moment of his life and educated us to give (primarily spiritually, though of course psychical takes precedence) So it was almost second nature – then I thought: the reason he was so touched is, most people in the world don’t get anything! – everything we get we have to buy – hence it doesn’t validate, confirm, show us our inherent worth – However when someone gives you something it does! – then I thought: That being the case I will donate my life towards giving!
