I just discovered something truly life-changing – as the Alter Rebbe says, if you give something to a humble person he becomes more humble, but if you give something to an arrogant person he becomes more arrogant – in other words, when we do not thank God for our blessings, the blessings become curses (becuase instead of having them make us feel more humble, they actually add to our sense of entitlement and as entitlement is delusional (it exists only in the mind of the person who feels egotistical) hence reality will not provide him or her with getting thier wishes fulfilled – this will lead to anger …)
