I just discovered something extraordinary, I was delivering something to a commercial kitchen and the gentleman who was taking me around… very nice humble guy so I wanted to offer him a tip – so he said "no" – in any event, I gave him a hug before I left, I could see his heart melted… and it made me realize the power of a hug, even a kiss, even real intimacy – is not in the actual connection, but rather in the fact that "somebody thinks I am worthy enough to connect to"
