I heard this from Rabbi Wagner and I think there is an important lesson to be deduced – he said – I find, if you tell a businessman to leave his spirituality to God but don’t worry about your business, as he assumes it is his decisions that creates his financial success he cannot – though his spirituality he can – and if you tell a Shliach (a selfless devoted activist from the Rebbe on behalf of Judaism) leave your Shlichus in God’s hands and don’t worry about your finances, he can rely on God for his finances, but because he assumes the success of his Shlichus comes from his efforts, he cannot.
