I have come up with, a profound (in my humble opinion) of the meaning behind the Rebbe’s blessing: “It should be good physically, spiritually and both together” – well I think it means “physically” = your physical health, money etc. – “spiritually” – your personal growth and “both together” your ability to help others, for that is what simultaneously is a physical (pleasurable) and spiritual deed
