Inspiration for life

I have been born into a Chabad family – believed what I was told – inspired – and certainly adored the Rebbe – at his passing in 1994 I felt, all that we believed in (most probably perhaps the fact that we assumed he would be the Moshiach) had fallen to oblivion – I began a search for the truth – I read the philosophy of reform and Conservative, the works of Aristotle, of other philosophers, I taught in University as a lecturer of linguistics and came to the conclusion that the world is simply a rat-race – not that I joined it, but that is what it is – then I stumbled on a new version of the same old truth, to begin, I found the book “Duties of the heart Gateway to trust,” in it, the author empirically shows God’s love for us – I was blown away and now I fell in love with God – well that high was pretty cool, but as all highs go, they are followed by lows – and the low came mainly from disillusionment with man – welcome to the real world kid! – but all that was nothing – for then I discovered, the most sublime truths ever written – By the Lubavitcher Rebbe, which were his final four years of talks, in it, he reveals paradigm after paradigm in the same old world that unravels all the mysteries – and obviously most of my writings are based on it – but to share the quintessential theme, repeated practically in every talk, but in different words – there are three paradigms to reality, the first is let’s call it, the natural cause and effect (scientific) world, the second is the supernatural, in which God can (and sometimes does) perform miracles, but both these worlds are somewhat addictive or elusive, for the former (though scientifically we have discovered as Einstein said “Reality is an illusion, albeit a very persistent one”) is mired in its repetitive monotony, while the latter is more fantasy than actual reality (not to say miracles can’t, but usually, they don’t happen) but then there is the ultimate goal of God, which is happening (stats show it) Namely, the human being, becomes more Divine, and the Divine becomes one with the human, an eternal, internal process!
