I don’t think I can be more mortified, but it’s as common as the dust, as the sand, as the many lives that inhabit our planet – you see, what Adam did when he ate of the forbidden fruit, is he merged two separate universes, like hot and cold, darkness and light, love and hate, and to be precise: selflessness and selfishness into one; hence we are taught, until the coming of Moshiach, there is no good without selfishness and no selfishness without good; so the only way we can overcome our own ego, seeking grandeur – dissociate it from our selfless soul, is to go beyond our self and humbly allow God to be our GPS
