How to educate

Before the Torah teaches to educate another, it teaches to never bear a grudge; so if you do not love the person as much as you love yourself, you may not educate them; furthermore, once you do offer your counsel, if they don’t take it; you may not reset them, for inevitably the manner of education wasn’t loving!
