How to be content

I see, the average very poor black in Africa, is much much happier than the average affluent, even very rich whites, and blacks, in Africa! – why? – I asked a friend of mine, a psychiatrist, Dr. Slutzkin, and he said “They don’t expect anything different” so it’s not our reality, rather, if our reality conforms to our EXPECTATIONS that creates contentment versus anger! and the truth is, that if we are grateful to God for our blessings, instead of resentful for our perceived dashed expectations – and in any event, life is a spiritual journey, hence, there are no mistakes from God as he leads across the lessons to always be learnt – we gain true CONTENTMENT!
