How our mind fools us

There is a Jewish lady who has written a myriad of books, her most famous being – for feminist topics – the Dance of Deception.

Now I have written her book and I may be a fool to venture into writing this but hey as I think it has a deep meaningful lesson I will stick my neck out – not that any of you have or would guillotine, God forbid.

You see the Dance of Deception is about the self deception that women go through in their desire for relationships.

As much of psychology, as almost all gentile perspectives which look from the outside in, as apposed to Kabbalah that looks from the inside out, it touches on a key point but not understanding the necessity for it, nor the solution.

But thats another subject.

The key point is this.

We are all women i.e. we all have the male giver roles say a mother to her child and the female receiver role, say a man to his boss.

But the key basic paradigm for male female, of course, is the husband wife relationship.

Now the greater question may be asked, why do women even want men in the first place?

I cannot think of a single man who would offer to work for a boss if his boss doesn’t offer him a paycheque, whereas a woman happily lays down her life for someone she hardly knows but trusts.

Now is that trust warranted???

This is the essence of the Dance of Deception.

You see the human organism is a love / anxiety based dynamic.

As Freud say, people can fear other people, the environment, or their own super ego, (the evil condemning voice in their own heads;) many people he claims are only to happy to settle on a reduction of anxiety as this would be the core desire of anyone who is riddled with it rather then love for glory vda”l.

In other words, what the brain does is convince the individual that if you will marry or serve (this is common in men to their governments, kings etc.) then that person out of immense gratitude for your complete sacrifice will remove all your anxieties – I will let you finish off the article.
