How Kabbalah/Chassidus advises us to live a day

Firstly, it obviously differs who you are, for each one of us, though united in serving our singular Creator/Master, certainly are unique in what we need to do, for example a mother, a businessman, a teacher, etc. etc.
Additionally, what we are writing pertains, though not exclusively to men, as God knowing the fulltime nature of a woman’s primary role, hence, anything that has a specific time, she is not obligated (hence for example, Kosher which is a constant obligation, she is; but praying in the evening, as it relates to a time, she isn’t.)
In Judaism, the day begins at night
Hence, from sunset, but particularly from nightfall, our spiritual day begins
1. We pray maariv (the evening service)
2. We should spend loving family time (if that’s an option)
3. We should do a cheshboin hanefesh before reciting the bedtime Shemah – this is by searching our hearts if we should have thought, said and done what we did, and furthermore trying to resolve to improve tomorrow!
4. We should recall all of the blessings God gave us today!
5. We should read the bedtime Shemah prayer (bearing in mind, our soul is ascending, and asking God to care for it in heaven!)
6. We should bring negel vasser (link…)
7. When appropriate, intimacy.
8. When we wake up in the morning, the very first thought, is the moment when an incredible Divine energy exists; it’s the conduit between heaven and earth, so try to instantaneously think gratitude to God!
9. We sit up in bed and place our hands next to each other (like the buddah position) and slightly bend our head forward and say Modeh Ani (link..)
10. We should ideally have a gratitude list (if need be, think of all the things in your life you would miss if you didn’t have it) and read this list in the morning!
11. We should then bend over and wash the negel Vasser (link…)
12. We should be careful when getting dressed to remain covered as long as possible.
13. Ideally we should go to the bathroom.
14. Wash our hands and face, and dry them.
15. Wash out, or brush our teeth, also rinsing saliva left over from the night.
16. We then go to the kitchen sink and wash negel vasser again.
17. We then say the morning blessings.
18. We then perhaps have something to eat (not bread) to give us strength.
19. We then pray the morning prayers.
20. We ideally should a. go to the mikvah b. give charity c. learn Chassidus before the morning prayer.
21. We then have breakfast.
22. We then should learn some Torah.
23. We are now spiritually ready to energize the day – whatever we are doing; with the positive energy, we inculcated through the above steps!
