How can we tell who is evil?

They don’t exactly go around with a badge! but there is a single give away, which always has and always will be (till the speedy eradication of evil in the messianic era) all evils hallmark; evil is based on anger, so besides the fact evil people are unhappy (ever saw Hitler smile?) anger’s desire is to destroy (to afford themselves a temporary relief from their pain through inflicting pain on others, sort of like their ice cream cones) hence evil inevitably demeans good i.e. non-violent people!
