Guilt is always not only, not productive, but the worst feeling of shame, hence, internal lethargy possible! hence it comes from the Yetzer Hara (little devil / demon from God, that challenges us within!) and happiness is always great! as it gives us the energy to beat our lethargy and make a difference!
