God’s ultimate plan

By zevi770 · January 22, 2016

Three things are absolute: 1. There is a God 2. We are his creations 3. He has a plan.

The biggest question that exists – in fact, it was Einstein’s entire quest in science, to know God’s plan.

Einstein himself realized that we don’t know, though he said, “We don’t know the old boss’s plan, but when we do discover it, I am sure it will be both simple and beautiful.”

The reason he realized it will be simple, is because though to us nature seems complicated, as Einstein was in the realm of physics, it all seemed highly simple – I read the equations it took for him to arrive at the most famous equation of all time e=mc2 and it is barely a page and a half, as he writes, a very simple deduction.

But what about beauty – you see, Einstein perceived the amazing asymmetry in nature – the more we study about it, for example the Divine code, we realize things are asymmetrical.

But only in Kabbalah, is God’s true plan revealed.

First of all there is no plan.

To say I have a plan presupposes I have an agenda.

When the reason I create a business is for an agenda, say to gain recognition, it is fair to say, I have a plan; but if the reason I create, say my child is out of love; it is fair to say, that if I have a plan, I am despotic, tyrannical and an abuser.

So as the Alter Rebbe writes, God didn’t have a plan, he simply had love.

Now though we are born for the reason he values our existence, doesn’t mean that our existence cannot become valuable.

And if there is a plan, this is it:

God grants you and I the opportunity to either waste our lives, pursuing our instinctual desires or to make something meaningful out of our lives.

Kabbalah goes even deeper into this truth, by stating, that everything goes according to the Divine blueprint, hence the very fact that I have wasted decades, is only to get me to realize how wasteful that is – to get me to make the changes, that can cause my life to be meaningful.
