God is found, the Rebbe teaches, not beyond our reality, for that would limit him, nor stuck in our reality, for that too would limit him, rather in the infinite ability (unlimited) of merging both beyond our reality and within!

 

 

 

Here is a simple simple paradigm, from which we can learn much:

 

We now know, that we understand nothing – man marveled at his great brains, in discovering dna, atoms, molecules etc. but as our instruments got better, electron microscopes etc. etc. we came to the scientific conclusion that we actually have no idea how say dna splits, how atoms function (Heisenbergs principle of uncertainty etc. etc.) in other words, two things are simultaneously happening – on one hand, God creates a limited “natural” paradigm – and things happen in sequence, so a seed is inseminated, it gestates and quite literally sequentially – and a sequence which is repeating millions, if not billions and in the case of plants and animals, perhaps even trillions of times – yet simultaneously speaking, this sequence is a miracle.

 

So the conclusion, we must deduce, is in fact, the only truth is, that an infinite creator, creates a perception of finitude.

 

Which of course, leaves the question, why?

 

The answer Chassidus explain, is because God loves us! – if we couldn’t perceive ourselves and our reality as having an independent sequence, we wouldn’t have a perception of our existence, we would be like the child in the mother’s stomach – if they have perception, they are aware that they are literally part and parcel of their mother – additionally, it would preclude freedom of choice, for one would hardly – as angels don’t – rebel again one’s energy source.
