God desires that we give our maximum amount of attention in concentric circles beginning to those Jews – including your family :) – who are closest to us! – in other words! though the commandment is to love all Jews as yourself! Practically! this commandment must be fulfilled in concentric circles, beginning with those nearest, as that is the Jews whom God has placed by his design to be the dearest!
