God created women in a way that their lives are intrinsically meaningful; but men need to realize, that it’s our distinct privilege and honor to help a woman fulfill the ultimate purpose in life: bring in, raising and educating the future! ad-infinitum of humanity! – as I heard a Shliach (one of the Rebbe’s emissaries) quote, that the Rebbe who many thought was all about Shlichus (“bring light to the world” etc.) would often bless his disciplines with success; “and the main thing” he would add “is Nachas from the children.”
