The antidote to fear, is trust that all God does is good, all he did was for the good, and all he will do, will be good!
The antidote to our Yetzer Hara (demon appointed to drive us away from God, Torah and Mitzvos love and compassion) is to shout at it, calling it names, for when it gets humiliated, it shuts up!
The antidote to arrogance (the source of all evil and disunity) is to humble oneself (this occurs by recalling all the bad you have done.)
