Very very very simply speaking, goodness comes from love; evil come from those who either have had their love shattered through abuse (for example in Zimbabwe the evil despot Mugabe kidnaps, rapes and tortures teens, who then become his henchmen, beating people up for votes, so you could ask, why can’t he just pay people? because a normal person hasn’t got the heart to beat someone else up, but someone whose love has been shattered, hasn’t got a heart altogether)
