Expediency or morality?

In other words, the challenge of life is between expediency and morality! Judaism is about choosing the latter over the former – Ironically – not to God forbid put anyone down, but an interesting aside – other faiths, certainly idolatry, offers absolution for simple practices, hence in effect, chooses through absolvement of responsibility, expediency over morality!
