Everything you need to know

Kabbalah of-course is the soul map
It has literally thousands of books on the ten soul levels first created by God to give us an understanding of his mechanism, as God said to Moses who asked to know God, “I will be who I will be” – as we know, God has seven infallible names corresponding to the seven emotional levels, for each name represents God as he takes on that emotion, hence we find God can be loving or judgmental, can be patient or swift.
However these seven levels also reveal all a human can be!
Fundamentally a body is simply a shape.
The soul is the software that runs the robot.
If you understand the software you understand the hardware – in other words, you understand every possible scenario of you (and everyone else.)
It would be impossible to speak of all the scenarios, for effectively like colored water they blend into new colors hence the seven times seven is 49 and 49 x 49 ad-infinitum.
But generally speaking there really are only three possible states.
Now a state is an important notion in its own right.
You see, generally speaking we are all capable of all states – this is why I abhor psychological labeling – for each one of us given the right circumstances (usually pressure) could develop into any one of the psychological maladies, be it anxiety, phobia, schizophrenia, multiple-personality-disorder etc. and likewise given the right circumstances each one of us can become addicted to any of the addictions, be it drugs etc. etc.
So here is where psychology, which really is the inane practice of trying to (as all intellectualism really is about) label, categorizing and subcategorizing, differs from the wisdom of God (Kabbalah).
You see God begins with the fact of who you have been born as and whom you can become.
Effectively we are born with instincts: loves and fear.
Like any animal we are driven to what God made would feel instinctively pleasurable: of-course food, comfort, right temperature; lack of pain, fear, which pretty much is how a little baby lives their lives.
However unlike all animals, God gave us a distinct mind – this is unbelievably important for an animal really never logically, rationally, objectively observes reality – though their minds may be even better mathematically (for the mind is an equation machine, than humans (for example, we know bees can calculate distances, and even communicate them to other bees through some kind of a dance, to flowers, faster than super-computers can!) however their mind is the subject – important word here! SUBJECT – of their instincts – they will never think about why are there so many stars? for their mind doesn’t think, their desires percolate up into their brain and like a child on a computer with no self-discipline merely does whatever it can (now obviously they have a desire to survive hence their desires are balanced by the survival desire – this is a long subject but this is its core.)
On the flipside, a human being as all philosophies, psychology, religions tell us, is conflicted – there are many appellations to this conflict be it body and mind, good and evil; but the one thing we know is “I want chocolate and I want to be healthy,” “I want pleasure and I want to succeed,” these divergent wants are what create conflict in us.
Uniquely we have the ability to overcome our instincts – an animal cannot, a human can.
However there are two things that are necessary to overcome instincts – the first of course is the desire to do so.
Lets take a simple desire, I for example, desire to eat healthy.
Now will I?
This depends on three factors:
The first factor is – is my desire to eat healthy stronger than my desire to say eat chocolate?! for the stronger desire will win! (this is in-fact why drug addicts need to hit rock-bottom for only when their stronger desire is to change can it overpower the pleasurable instinct of a drug.)
The second – do I have self discipline? – many of us simply have not developed the art of self discipline hence we may have noble aspirations (this is how elementary school children are) yet we simply have no ability to alter our behavior based on conscious choices (additionally when people regress – when they become egotistical – they also lose the ability to self-regulate).
The third thing is we need to talk to ourselves, for if we are not talking to ourselves we are reacting, and our instinctive reactions are always not thoughtful.
