Everything we need to learn, we can learn from the atom

Well I can’t tell you (nor do I know, everything) but here are some things
The atom – as the Rebbe teaches is a proof of the power of goodness
People think, to shake the world up, you need some kind of Godly revelation, some kind of miracle that will wake people out of their reverie and stupefy them into acquiescence of higher values
To literally shake the world up, the mechanism is to find the tiniest particles in matter, and to shake it up
The energy released from a split atom (which is only a fraction of the energy contained, as Einstein writes) is enormous
So to, we must understand, that the true shake up, the true cosmic change, doesn’t occur through mass hysteria
It is not billboard campaigns plastered with “Do a Mitzvah!”
Rather, it is the sometimes inconsequential growth spurts you and I take
For the entire purpose of the world is to grow
It is our baby steps to being a better you and I, that touch God’s heart
And as we know from an atom, if you go to the source of energy, well the effect, is infinitely great!
