Love – let’s start with male/female – as Kabbalah teaches, the world of evil mirrors the world of good, so just as there is love, there is lust – when we confuse these two powerful drives, instead of the female feeling loved, she feels, well raped.

Love is identification – it is the belief “you are the other half of my soul” – love is altruistic – lust is like the desire for a good steak – just an instinctual urge for the pleasure. hence after the pleasure received so to the desire.

Love is making a commitment, lust has none.

At the same time, as marriage is the bond between two different people with obviously different brains and views, hence besides the obvious that people from the same religion should marry, furthermore it is necessary to give and take, meeting each other half way, and doing so knowing it’s the only way for an equitable happy relationship.

Life – again as Kabbalah teaches, “the world of evil mirrors the world of good,” for life can also be lived either selfishly, which again is simply biological instincts, but perhaps the worst, namely the desire for prominence (and often maliciousness, hence Nazis, terrorists, bullies when feeling others have it better, hence jealousy) or altruistically – To live altruistically you must understand you are a soul – you are part of Go-d – you don’t exist – your existence is no different like the flame of a candle (just you don’t see both your candle or your flame / your source or your soul) the candle’s job is to illuminate – in our case, by attaching ourselves to the original light, through the teachings, directives of Torah and most importantly through the ideals of the Rebbe of the generation (as Go-d says, “in every generation he sends us a Moses who is one with the source”) we have the wherewithal to shine – In other words, you can either shine… be dull (selfish, which is really just stupid, but as it is the person’s own instincts, the person doesn’t realize – as the Alter Rebbe says, just as we find children’s little petty games to be, well, petty, there is no difference to adults drive for wealth /fame) and worse, as mentioned, a person (from jealousy) can actually become the many forms of nazi sadism, where not only will no one have a good word to say after 120… like all dictators, their memory will rot.

Food – apart of-course for a Jew to eat kosher and a gentile not eat from an animal while it is alive (which includes non cruelty to animals, one of the universal seven noahide laws) we need to be exceptionally careful with what we eat – Study after study after study shows, what you eat affects you – if I had to sum up all I have read, which have been some books recommended by doctors and brilliant people, eat vegetables, excercize, or at least walk half hour daily (briskly)
