everything fits into this paradigm, as Kabbalah teaches, either we are in the state of love, this is when reality has been good to us, so we think people are good, hence we love people – the problem with love is, it is blind – All emotions are like a Tsunami that covers over the reality in its wake, so when you love someone, you are incapable of seeing anything wrong in them – this is why (comically) in democratic societies, people love to think that no one is evil (Isis should be reminding us, that, that is not true)

Then there is the state of hate – it is the exact opposite of the state of love – it is when your reality is bad – in this state, not only do you currently live in fear, for if reality is bad that means, more bad may occur – which is why the critical thing for a human being is security – without a feeling of safety, for example, imagine walking on a frozen lake and someone tells you the lake is thawing – your every step would be riddled with fear – In this state, you have no space in your heart for good news – eventually, you become jealous of nice people – people who have hope, this is how people become bullies, as they are jealous – though jealousy is a subconscious emotion, for consciously the jealous person sees genuine evil in others, (in fact all of us contain both love and ego, so when we are seeing another’s ego, it is a sign that our jealousy is focusing us, on what is evil, in order to act out on the justification that they deserved to be punished).
Then there is the state of truth – truth is the acknowledgment of the above facts – furthermore truth is the recognition that there is a Divine being who is in charge of everything – all of our problems stem from the lack of this acknowledgment, hence attributing causes to people; hence, either loving or hating them – but the moment you attribute causation to a Being who is only love, whose only reason for your successes as well as sadness is your growth – for as this being is infinite, so are you – in other words you will continuously grow, which must come about through shedding past ideas and perceptions to allow in new ones and then shedding those for the next, so the more I acknowledge that this is reality the less sadness, which is loss – loss of positive belief, can conquer me, And I Live In Truth
