Escaping escapism

By zevi770 · February 26, 2014

I just realized, we are all escapists!

Drugs certainly, movies certainly, but even the so called normal hobbies, be it money, recognition, if you were satisfied, you would not seek something other than your current reality!

Escaping escapism is the most important notion ever!

For as long as we see something wrong with our current reality, we will naturally seek to escape.

So what is good about our reality, which will allow us to seek it, not seek to escape it>?!

One thing is certain, we are in a infinite game~!

Our reality is not static.

The very reality which we are trying to escape, doesn’t exist!

For our picture of reality – whatever it may be, inevitably, is a fixed paradigm; which is why we seek to escape it, for no matter how good it is, there is a principle, “a constant pleasure, becomes unpleasurable!”

What to do?! what to do!?

Realize this dear reader – nothing is fixed – everything is actually steps in an infinite game and every step leads you to an ever greater awareness, an ever greater reality!
