Although creating hierarchy is the most undemocratic thing we can do, the truth is that hierarchies are the every nature of reality

The difference between Judaism’s worldview and the democratic world view of course is that Judaism’s comes from the Creator hence combines both truth and goodness while democracy, a man made government – as the saying goes, it is the least negative form of government – is obviously limited both in its truth and, well, in its goodness

Hierarchies are not necessarily a bad thing and in fact if done in the methodology God desires are a good thing, for the ultimate intent of humanity, is E-Pluribus –Unum

In order for many to unite there must be a cause

Democracy is good and promotes freedom, equality, justice, but it fails to unite people, for everyone simply tries to do the utmost for themselves

The truth is the following is the real hierarchy of humanity with the responsibility to share that comes with it, namely uniting all into one
