Do you know you are five separate yet interconnected people – first and foremost you are an ego – a self-centered narcasict (without a fundamental self-centeredness, you wouldn’t desire your own existence (which is why depressed people can commit suicide) secondly, you are an animal- attracted to instinctive bio-hardwired pleasures and repelled by instinctive bio-hardwired pains (hence phobias, neurosis and conversely addictions etc.) the good news is, unlike an animal you have (truly miraculously) an independent mind – from this stems the ability to both observe, control self (which animals lack) finally you are fundamentally God
