Deduction/assumption versus truth

Most theories we have in science are deductive reasoning, so as I see a. and I suppose a. means B. my theory is that B is correct – the trouble of course is, that deduction is the stuff of imagination and instead of being hard evidence, as we have seen, scientists have produced reams of absolute crap, disproven by further studies into their subject!
The only wisdom that doesn’t deductive reason, for even many religions are based on deductive reasoning, such as there is a. a God b. I think god wishes people to honor him, or kill infidels, or as one German told me, God is a God of order, heck, even Hitler believed God wanted him to kill the Jews!
Hence, Judaism, coming as revealed truths and the entire exercise of Judaism is sticking to the structure, truths and wisdom revealed, is not deductive reasoning, rather pure truth, which is why its entire mechanism, is exactly opposite to the scientific method!
You see, the scientific method, breaks down things into its tiniest components and extrapolates deductive assumptions on the macro, while Judaism take a macro view of purpose, life, God etc. and then breaks the macro into its deductive application into the micro!
