Based on the Tanya humanity consists of three kinds of people those who have Divinity in them and hence have a fighting chance at elevating the world namely the Jewish people – those who have composite souls of good and bad hence have a fighting chance at emulating the Jewish people and positively changing the world (to some extent the soul of Eisav has an even higher power and hence when harnessed for the good contains incredible power to change the world.) And those souls that are no different from beasts like the Germans who started two world wars, like the Arabs who have been fighting humanity for literary four millennia and the best we can hope is like what America did, to put forces that do not allow their unbridled evil to have the technical means to hurt others. Seems to me that the Moshiach will take care of them.
