I realized from dreams, that just as our avatar in a dream feels so real – it is us and we actually can feel, sense, get heart palpatations etc. our bodies are in truth avatars.

As it says in Chassidus and confirmed by medical science even our sense of touch is one hundred percent avatarish, for we have in our brain a 3D image of the body, and when you touch something, obviously your hand can’t sense a reality, so it sends a chemical signal to the brian. which then makes you sense that you are feeling, in that exact location!
