As we are irrational when it comes to our desires, think how boys view the same girl/s before and after puberty, hence the introduction of a desire completely alters ones objectivity and hence seeing something through subjective lenses – hence the saying love is blind; for it is the desire in the heart which predominates what the person sees; and the same is true in anger – when a person’s ego tells them to take revenge, they will see nothing but the justification hence cruelty of the” other” necessitating their noble vengeance (which is exactly how anti-semites driven by jealousy see Jews) so then the question must be asked, is there anything we can be absolutely objective about? and that would be, what we would see as being valid when we are not subjective to any exterior influences and we have such a time, namely in childhood, and the desire of all children is for peace, harmony and unity!
