As one reads history – take just the story of the Jews – it really is an idea – Abraham says, there is a God who is just and wishes people to act justly and with kindness – how many are the empires that tried to bury her, and have and are being buried – from the top of my head, there was the Egyptians (a mighty empire) there were the Romans (an awesome empire) closer to home (there was Germany, there were the Communists, and yet in our own lifetime we have buried them – for you see, all of reality boils down to a singular simple truth: there is no reality – there is only truth
