As Jews (or all people) looking for light, one thing is for sure, you need not be fooled by flashing lights

What’s the difference – our world is divided very succinctly between real light, that which causes happiness and bs, flashing lights: that which pretends to be light, which like a conman pretends to love you, all for his personal gain, of getting your money.

 

Real light – God, the wisdom of Chassidus – basic simple unpretentious human identification

 

Flashing lights – politicians – media – tv – pornography and believe it not, the entire notion that money is prestigious, which is as bizarre as saying that having lots of materialism, somehow makes you a better human being!
