As God made the world of evil to mirror the world of kindness (for freedom of choice) hence just as people take immense pleasure in helping, similarly there is an evil pleasure in harming (which is what is behind antisemitism, bullying, in other words, people who have lost their hearts hence with no feeling of compassion, they indulge in sadism)
