And the truth is

To see, one must get a bird’s eyes perspective

Our sages teach: three two thousand year periods inhabited earth

The first is called creation and chaos

The second is called Torah, here the first smattering of humanity, of real civilization, of justice and goodness and kindness enter through the Jewish people integrating a different style, a new approach, not a dog eat dog world, where the strongest gets to rape pillage and plunder, but rather, where every man is under a higher authority.

Then comes the two thousand years of the messiah.

Now unlike the first two thousand years, where obviously creation and Torah begin at the beginning, we find the process is somehow reversed.

Why would the two thousand years of messiah begin in the exile of the Jewish people and end in the messianic redemption?

The answer is a simple one indeed.

One of the great calumny we make, is we see God himself as an authoritative future.

If God had a dictator streak in him, wouldn’t we all be marching to his tune, why would he allow any of us to do as we please?

God in truth is a wise, truly infinitely wise, parent.

He seeks only our interest, but he knows that until we ourselves choose to follow him, whatever outside pressures, even spiritual nirvana that causes us to do so, is temporary at best.

Hence, the messianic age, which we are in, is ironically set on the stage of darkness.

For it is only those wondering in darkness that truly seek light!
