All of us, in all times are in either one of three states (though on some level there is always some of all three) the builder, the animal, the nazi / sadistic destroyer – our highest state is obviously the builder, but to be a builder, we must overcome our animal state, for though we all have high ideals, few of us act, for it means overcoming our animal – our animal state is the natural state: me! instincts, desires, fear, inhibitions – but worst of all is our nazi state, this of course is anger
