All of Judaism actually boils down to a mechanism – you see, our nature as we see empirically is God, for as our sages teach, Just as He is compassionate so you – so where does evil savagery mocking terrorism start? – no one is born evil – the answer is as Kabbalah teaches, the world of falsehood is an inverted mirror – so the opposite of compassion which is based on identification, namely having both positive self and for others esteem, is having both a negative self and others view – this is the secret to understanding the narcissist for having been shamed they a. see themselves as being evil and then b. they resent others ( firstly they feel it isn’t fair and they believe others should have protected them) however even deeper than narcissism is the very fact that we all have an ego – the ego desires the agrandization – now in order to feel such it must have a pretext, so in simple words the mechanism of Judaism is to humbly obey ( as in this mechanism our ego hence possible and actually probable ego is kept in check)
