According to the doctrine of jihad – shared by at least half the Muslim world (notwithstanding we must give credit to the half that doesn’t) a good Muslim is a murderer – a child molester – a sexual-predator, capturing and forcing innocent women into sexual slavery – a good Muslim, is one who aspires to annihilate all others – including "bad Muslims"
