A religion consistent with reality (Chassidik refrain)
By zevi770 · December 16, 2014
Many are the faiths
Many are the foolishness
Science has discovered God
But as Einstein said, “Science without religion is lame and religion without science is blind.”
For to ignore reality
Is not to understand it
To seek one instead of the other
Is to ignore one, denying the other
But one Hand
Made both science and faith
So they must be compatible
If we seek nirvana, they are not
If we seek only physical sensations, sensual pleasure or ego trips, they likewise are not
But if we understand how the Divine can reside in the physical
How sex can be love
How money can be charity
How wisdom can be humility
Then we are well on our way!
