A New Torah Will Come From Me

The Rebbe discuses at great length this tremendous oxymoron – on one hand when Moshiach comes, the verse states, “A new Torah will come from God,” on the other, the Rambam enshrines as one of the thirteen principals of faith, “This Torah will never change.”
Answers the Rebbe: the Torah itself clarifies, as the Talmud gives the example of how we can eat the famous shoir habor (the ox dish) which will be slaughtered by the liviyason (great whale’s fin) for though the laws of kashrus do not permit such a slaughtering, however they were never written in such a circumstance!
