The Rebbe Rashab was about to say a mammer (Chassidic talk) and as usual the Hachanah (preparatory) song was sung, but the Bochurim (students) wishing to hear the Mammer rushed the song. He stopped them and said “a genuine person does everything with all his heart and soul – even if something is a preparation for another thing, one must be completely present, focused and place their heart and soul in the preparation.”
