The Rebbe said this talk on the 17th of Tammuz which fell out on Thursday.

When the 17th of Tammuz falls out on Thursday then we read the Torah portion about offering the sacrifices.

Particularly about offering the daily sacrifice.

This is very apropos the 17th of Tammuz for it was the day that the daily sacrifice was forced to end.

This represents the rectification of this issue.

Additionally on the 17th of Tammuz, the walls of Jerusalem, which led eventually to the destruction of the Beis Hamikdash.

Of course the Bais Hamikdash was a place mainly where sacrifices were offered and the main thing is that we should dedicate Tzeddakah so we should have the complete redemption now!
