WHY WE GET ANXIOUS

The reason there is existential anxiety is the very nature of reality – reality of-course consists of time – time consists of change – furthermore, the other side of reality is place – hence when we are going from place to place, and in each, there are different customs etc. …

TRANQUILITY

Shabbos brings tranquility for as it is a day (and space) dedicated to God, hence the higher dynamic encompasses the details.

DETAILS/TRANQUILITY

The way to have continued peace is by understanding your purpose – as we see the fundamental difference between those who live their lives based on a higher purpose (whereas, otherwise, the myriad details cause a constant headache) purpose becomes the overarching encompassing factor (bringing harmony to the divergent details.)

WORLD-HARMONY,PEACE

This is why Matan Torah (the giving of the Torah) brings world peace, as it lays down the very purpose of the world, namely for the Jew and Torah, in other words, that the Jewish people must study Torah and do the Mitzvos, and inspire the rest of the world (and as we each fulfill our purpose , world peace.)

PEACE=SUCCESS

When a person has inner-peace, hence all the details done more methodically, are naturally so much more successful.

TRANQUILITY FROM DIVINITY

Specifically as this relates to Avodas Hashem (serving God- though there may be many different specifics, nonetheless, they are all under the overarching umbrella (that my sole/soul purpose is to.)
THE ULTIMATE

The perfect service of God is that in every Mitzvah we do, the overarching motive is to fulfill (the Divine will.)

HUMILITY – PEACE,PURPOSE

The mechanism to achieve (this constant desire) is through humility -understanding, “your sole purpose (is to serve” – this in turn causes that you and the Divine merge.)

WRITE

The bottom line is we must take the strength of Matan Torah, for in it, the Torah was given to the Jewish people – in other words, as the Alter Rebbe writes, every soul, based on it’s soul source and one’s free time, must dedicate oneself to Chiddushie Torah – novel insights in Torah (though in previous generations we were most careful- and certainly today, not everyone who writes can be relied upon – nonetheless, for those who do have an association to this, they must do this! – especially, as we see, it is human nature that people becomes more careful with what (they print)).

YOUR SOUL

One of the ways to achieve this over-encompassing Divine tranquility is by recognizing that your soul already is.

RECEIVING GOD

As God placed himself within Torah, hence when true Torah is studied –

E-PLURIBUS-GOD

Each and every one of us -as all comes from the Torah, and all is here to reveal (the Torah and the glory of God/Hashem) is a facet – a unique Divine hue.

ACCESSING DIVINE INSTRUCTION

When one doesn’t know what to do (in other words, there is no clear Torah guideline – say “purchase this or that rug…” ) the notion of using a Goral (a lottery – “raffle”) is not only a means of determining the Divine will, but it’s as credible as one of the Ten-Commandments! (as is known, Jews would often open a holy book – which as these books are holy, hence perhaps if the question is secular matters, better make a real “lotto”.)

TRUE DIVINE

As the Baal Shem Tov teaches, that to a person whose sole desire is that the will of God should be fulfilled – there is zero difference (if something is in their benefit.)

TRUE DIVINE

Practically this means that “to me, it matters not if I get the honor, rather that God’s will (is fulfilled.”)

HUMILITY

To have such a disposition takes humility.

HUMILITY – CORE

To reach this level we must reveal our soul’s essence – the Yechidah, as is revealed on Yom Kippur.

AHAVAS YISROEL

The practical message is to, a. increase in love (for one another) and b. study Torah.

TEACH

It is our responsibility to establish, share the light of the Torah – to everyone (including like Moshe did – especially establishing Yehoshuah, the successor (whom he graciously taught, all.)

DAILY TORAH

The practical lesson is that we must ensure we are ensuring to do the standard Torah studies, such as chitas and rambam, and in addition, add (our own) and even “steal” time from mundane activities.

TORAH RESOLUTIONS – SHAVOUS

The most ideal day to take these resolutions – when Torah energy pulsates, is Shavous.

ESTABLISH CLASSES

We must establish classes in Torah – especially seeing how women classes have so greatly impacted them and their families; every woman should not only attend, but organize, ideally with at least ten others (for though the minyan applies only to men, but there is an extra holiness in ten) and even children who by nature like to influence, should teach (their peers.)

ESTABLISH CLASSES NOW

This – especially seeing that Moshiach’s coming is dependent (on the spread of Chassidus) is the hour’s call.

REPORT

It would be advisable – in order to “hold one’s feet to the fire” to report to one’s Rabbi (regarding their progress) or to send to the Rebbe’s graveside.
