<news:title>*Simple effective self- therapy* What you need to do is ask yourself "what's bothering me?" And then as the Baal Shem Tov says, "if you can find the good in the bad, the bad will turn to good" - so your goal is that this thing should not bother you. When you have worked through all the things that are bothering you, (sometimes you may need to speak to somebody who's professional or smart and compassionate that can help you...) The bottom line: don't carry dead weight. -And you can ask yourself at the end, is there anything else that's bothering you... But some things - like when I did this - the last thing that came up was the fact that Moshiach isn’t here and I decided, "That's a good thing - that should be bothering me!" But there are many things that were holding onto and it will be wonderful to flush them down 🚽</news:title>

<news:title>There's a great paradox that often when we are feeling arrogant... it is as the Previous Rebbe said - "you feel your hand when it's hurting," which is not a sign that it is healthy - and we create a tougher persona and this really occurs naturally to all of us. It's the way the body deals with protection and fear, which is obviously difficult for us to handle - So ironically, seeing somebody that's arrogant and shaming them is to perpetuate the problem! But realizing, which is really the entire goal of Chassidus that no matter who you're looking at - within them, is a beautiful Divine soul 🧡🫂💡</news:title>
